Ronnie is an experienced Hospital Manager with a strong background in clinical operations and leadership across both human and veterinary healthcare settings. He began his management career overseeing oral surgery practices for human patients, where he developed expertise in surgical workflows, patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
For the past four years, Ronnie has served as a Veterinary Hospital Manager, applying his operational and surgical knowledge to support high-quality animal care. In this role, he has successfully led hospital operations, staff development, client relations, and financial performance while fostering a collaborative and compassionate care environment.
Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys traveling and spending his free time on the golf course, finding balance through exploration and the outdoors.
Cass (Casawndra) is a Registered Veterinary Technician with an Applied Science degree in Veterinary Studies from Pima Medical Institute. With about five years of experience in the veterinary field, she is grateful to do work she’s truly passionate about. Cass takes pride in providing compassionate, attentive care to every patient while offering support and reassurance to their families. She is deeply committed to continued growth and lifelong learning within the profession. Outside of work, Cass enjoys reading, musicals, true crime, and spending quality time with her family and her two cats, Moon and Rain.

Tasha is a Southern California native with a strong passion for pet adoption and rescue. She joined the College Animal Hospital family in November 2023 and plays a vital role behind the scenes, where she can most often be found carefully monitoring anesthesia during surgeries. Tasha treats every patient with the same love, attention, and compassion she gives her own pets, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Kharisma is a Care Coordinator. She is a parent of Baby and Buddy (9 year old kitties). She earned her certification through Pima Medical Institute.
Yaya is a Veterinary Assistant who loves caring for patients and helping clients feel comfortable and supported. She earned her certification through Pima Medical Institute. Outside of work , you usually find her reading, watching her favorite shows, or spending time with her three fluffy poodles.
